Made this today for a catering client. Turned out fabulous!!! Used unsalted beef broth and added Worcestershire sauce along with a few dashes of A-1 just to give the flavor of the gravy more depth. Thanks so much for an amazing recipe with great, easy to follow instructions!!!

i made this last night i didn`t use everything in the recipe but most of it . those oxtails were slamming fall off the bone good . i will definitley be using this recipe again

I love oxtails. But I never thought of using the slow cooker!! I’ll be putting mine over polenta!!!
