I made 2 whole . The first one, I followed your recipe. The second one I followed your recipe but I also melted some seasoned butter and added a little apple juice concentrate to it and injected that into the chicken. WOWWWWW

Rosie thanks for this recipe it is simple. I cook mine in my roaster pan.i cook along with your cranberry apple bread stuffing.Thanks to you iam able prepare meals at home.Its just as good or better than restaurant. Thanks to you iam able do Sunday dinner. Holiday dinner and wven simple weekday meal
