In reply to Tarah M. What size slow cooker are you using? If it's big enough for everything to comfortable fit, maybe just add one more hour to the cooking.

Hi Rosie I am a big fan of yours I have both of your books use your Recipes all the time ,I will try the neck bones and the turkey necks ,never cooked them that way Martha I .Hobson
