I made the slow cooker smothered pork chops with gravy today. My family went crazy over it very tasty indeed. My family wanted my garlic mashed potatoes and I steamed up some fresh green beans from my garden. Excellent meal as always I have been cooking one or two of your recipes each week, and I have never found one that I didn’t absolutely love! This is my favorite recipe for pork chops. I’ve made it with a small pork roast as well. It makes the best gravy to go over rice or mashed potatoes. DELICIOUS!!

Easy, sooooo flavorful. Have made several times in crockpot. I used a little celery chopped up and sauteed with the onions. Family loves this dish and I have requests for it. I have used bone-in and bone-less chops. Both cook up tender and delicious. A keeper for sure!
