You can never have too many GOOD mac and cheese recipes. A tweak here and there with an added ingredient – I here for it! This is close to my basic recipe but I haven’t added added bacon? Proper M&C is NOT on my healthy eating plan, so we don’t have it often.
I would love for you to create something lower in fat, but full of flavor? Is it even possible – If it can be done, I know you can do it.
I have some extra bacon crisped from this morning, going to check my pantry, and make this for July 4.
