Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumpling Soup

Prepare the Chicken Season the boneless chicken thighs with 1 tsp of seasoning salt, 1 tsp poultry seasoning, 1 tbsp garlic powder, and 1/2 tsp ground black pepper.
Place the seasoned chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
Add the Ingredients Add the chopped onion, frozen peas and carrots, and chicken broth to the slow cooker.
Pour in the can of cream of chicken soup and the heavy cream. Stir everything together until well combined.

Replace the lid and cook for an additional 45 minutes, until the dumplings are cooked through and fluffy.
